We will provide you with these amounts, if any, at the time of your appointment or you may telephone our office to obtain an estimate of the expected charges.

Please understand that insurance assignments are accepted as a courtesy convenience to patients. Patients and/or guardians are fully responsible for payment of the patient's account; especially, if any policy that insures the patient fails to make payment and/or fails to make timely payment to Health Wings Primary Healthcare and/or the Healthcare Provider.

If you possess an insurance provider that is not listed among our In-Network Insurances, we will be honored to serve your healthcare needs. However, at the time of service, payment in full for the visit will be expected (see www.HealthyWingsLLC.com for our Affordable Fees). We will gladly provide you with an appropriately coded receipt so that you may seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any reimbursements.

It is important to clarify that the fee(s) charged is for the time, expertise, and professional services provided, not for a guaranteed prescription(s) and/or specific outcome(s). Controlled substances and other medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and safe, based on professional medical judgment. Thus, all fees paid or to be billed on your behalf to your insurance(s) are non-refundable once services have commenced and/or have been provided by our professional staff members.
